02Our services

The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each client are defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement.
03Quotes, payments & billing
- Quotes are valid for [15/30] days from the date of issue;
- Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle;
- One-time projects may require an advance payment of [50]% before work begins;
- Advertising budgets (e.g. Meta or Google ad spend) are paid by the client directly to the platform and are separate from our service fees, unless agreed otherwise;
- Late payments may result in paused services and/or a late fee as specified in your agreement.
04Client responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to required accounts, brand assets, and information;
- Review and approve content within the agreed approval window;
- Ensure any material you supply does not infringe third-party rights;
- Maintain the accuracy of business information you share with us.
Delays in approvals or access may affect timelines and deliverables.
05Content ownership & intellectual property
- Upon full payment, final deliverables created for you (posts, designs, videos) become your property, unless stated otherwise in your agreement;
- We retain ownership of our working files, templates, methods, and pre-existing materials;
- We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise in writing;
- All brand assets you provide remain your property.
06Results disclaimer
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, competition, budgets, and your product or service itself. While we work to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific follower counts, rankings, engagement rates, leads, sales, or revenue. Any figures shown on our website reflect past client results and are not a promise of future performance.
07Cancellations & refunds
- Monthly services may be cancelled with [30] days' written notice before the next billing cycle;
- Fees for work already performed or the current billing period are non-refundable;
- Advance payments on one-time projects are refundable only for work not yet started;
- Third-party costs already spent (such as ad spend or licensed assets) cannot be refunded by us.
08Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement — including strategies, pricing, account access, and performance data — and to use it only for the purposes of the services.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the [3] months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, platform account restrictions or bans, or actions taken by third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, or Instagram.
10Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement per the notice period in the service agreement. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if invoices remain unpaid, if these Terms are breached, or if we are asked to act unlawfully or unethically. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees due for work completed.
11Governing law
